What is changing at tepeo?

There are lots of really positive developments in the policy and regulatory space for heat batteries, but change has been far slower than we expected. As a result tepeo is being forced to rethink its growth strategy and is undergoing a company restructure such that growth will be slower and more reflective of broader market conditions.

Will this affect me in terms of service, product support, warranty and the ZEB working?

No. We will always put our customers first and have ensured that the restructure won’t affect the service, product support, warranty or the performance of your ZEB.

Our customer service and technical support teams remain available to assist you, ensuring you continue to receive the help and advice you need.

The ZEB will continue to operate as designed, providing reliable heating without any impact on its performance. We remain committed to supporting you and ensuring your experience with our product remains seamless.

Will tepeo continue to innovate and improve the ZEB and tepeo App?

Yes, we will continue to innovate and improve the ZEB and tepeo App wherever possible, but progress will be slower than we would like, due to the impact on the available resource post restructure.

What can I do to help?

There have been lots of very positive developments with the Government, but you can help drive change by writing to your MP to highlight the importance of supporting innovative, sustainable heating solutions. Your voice can help drive awareness and action, encouraging policymakers to provide the backing needed to accelerate the transition to greener homes.

What is happening with the Smart Diverter product?

We are regrettably pausing all major product developments to focus our efforts and resources on the advancement of our policy influence, which will make our technology, and other similar low carbon heating solutions, more affordable and accessible for all.

We recognise this will be extremely frustrating and disappointing for some customers who have been waiting patiently for certain new products. We would not be making this decision if we didn’t absolutely have to. The Smart Diverter product is in a good position and we will restart it as soon as resources allow, once the policy landscape has improved.
